Luis was born in México City and has been living in Canada for 12 years. He graduated from The University of Toronto and then joined it as a lecturer. He holds more than 5 years of experience as a Vascular Surgeon and he is a fellow in the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
He is also currently part of North Toronto Vascular and NewDermaMed Clinic.

Priscila Rojas García
A Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon graduated from UNAM Mexico. Priscila successfully completed two fellowships in The University of Calgary, Canada.

Due to his extensive and passionate journey, Cesar has become an expert in his field who offers high-level and modern treatments. Cesar was born in Mexico City and. graduated from the Nutritional Institute of Mexico with a Master’s in Bioethics.
He has successfully achieved two fellowships at The University of Toronto (Vascular and Endovascular Surgery & diabetic foot, advanced management of wounds and limb preservation).
